Inteplast Group is pleased to announce that effective August 1, 2013 it has acquired a portion of the assets of Trinity Packaging Corporation headquartered in Armonk, New York. The acquisition includes the manufacturing facilities in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, and Pueblo, Colorado. The production facilities will continue full operations and join Inteplast’s facilities in continuing to serve the North American market. The new company Trinity Plastics, Inc. will be part of Inteplast’s Integrated Bagging Systems Division (IBS).
